Specialist

- Create workflow, concept, SOP for workflow sequence.
- Site survey to get various requirements from customers
- Coordinate for meetings, make agreements with relevant teams about creating a solution
- Create timeline to work, create Action plan
- Coordinate with relevant departments to create a solution
- Test the system after develop
- Gather test data. To inform the suggestion and create manuals
- Coordinate create marketing material (Sales Kit, VDO, Brochure, Social media)
- Training for related parties
- Upload product information on KM and announce product standard announcements to all parties.
- Follow up on the solution implementation in the project.
Hardware
- Providing equipment for support marketing and solutions
- Compare and select equipment for various projects
- Coordinate for mutual agreement on equipment suitability
- Create timeline for testing equipment
- Test equipment
- Gather test data for creating a Standard product.
- Coordinate create Marketing material (Sales Kit, Brochure, Social media)
- Training for related parties
