คุณสมบัติ

1. Thai Nationality
2. Both Male/Female can apply
3. Hotel industry work experience
4. Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
5. A resulted oriented with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
6. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
7. Previous role as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager in a similar quality hotel

- Align sales efforts with the overall business objectives of the hotel. - Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. - Monitor competitors and stay informed about industry dynamics. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners. - Achieve individual and collective sales targets. - Personally handle negotiations with key clients and larger accounts. - Work closely with other hotel departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics. - Build and maintain a strong professional network within the hospitality industry. Customer Service Focus: - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Address customer concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
