คุณสมบัติ

1. Male, Thai nationality
2. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3. Engineering License level 2 or above.
4. At least 8 years in position of project manager or project director.
5. Experience in mechanical and electrical system installation projects (MEP Service) and business management.

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
- Direct and coordinate project activities including installation and pricing. - Manage staff, assign tasks to Project Managers, and prepare work schedules. - Review financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement. - Monitor projects to ensure efficiency and adherence to budgetary limits. - Implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion. - Control project costs through regular review of cost reports. - Establish and maintain long-term client relationships. - Ensure timely completion of projects according to contract terms. - Manage customer satisfaction by prioritizing issues. - Plan, deploy, and coordinate manpower. - Provide necessary information and guidance to supervisors and subordinates.
