คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related discipline, required.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in product management.
3. Relevant experience in the glove industry, with deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
4. Project Management experience. PMP certification preferred.
5. Advanced-level knowledge in Microsoft Excel (modeling/analysis/dashboard creation, Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI modeling). Certifications preferred.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. The candidate should be able to effectively collaborate with others, communicate product vision, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
8. Strong financial acumen preferred, including exposure to basic financial modeling and business case development.
9. Impactful written and oral communication skills (including preparation and delivery of structured presentations).
10. Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

The Product Manager Gloves is the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for developing new product pipelines and managing products that align with customer needs. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams. The individual in this role is a strategic thinker with good analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills and a drive for success. This position is accountable for leading projects and for supporting the Product Development and Business Development Team in introducing new products.
