Mechanical Engineer

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
- Experience in developing and testing mechanical components, systems, and equipment for industrial applications, such as HVAC, heat pumps, and ORC energy systems.
- Knowledge of materials selection and analysis techniques for various applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Commitment to quality control and assurance, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components, systems, and equipment for industrial applications, such as HVAC, heat pumps, and ORC energy systems.
- Utilize Any software to create detailed engineering drawings and schematics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Perform quality control and assurance activities, such as inspection and testing, to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mechanical engineering, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Communicate technical information effectively to internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with Kallistos Co., Ltd.'s health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in project management activities, such as budget and schedule development and monitoring.
