E-commerce Platform Operations Executive
ECO BRAND INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience managing stores on Shopee/Lazada or other marketplaces.
- Familiar with platform back-end systems, seller tools, and campaign mechanisms.
- Proficient in Thai language (especially for listing, replying to customer queries).
- Detail-oriented, organized, good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
Platform Store Management
Operate and update stores on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, JD Central, TikTok Shop (Thailand version).
Manage product listings: upload, update descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO optimization in Thai language.
Campaign & Promotion Execution
Coordinate with platform account managers for joining campaigns, flash sales, mega events (e.g. 9.9, 11.11).
Set up vouchers, bundle deals, platform ads (CPAS, Lazada Sponsored Search, TikTok Ads).
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Sync
Monitor orders, coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team in Thailand or cross-border.
Ensure accurate stock levels, prevent overselling or out-of-stock issues.
Performance Monitoring
Analyze store KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, best-selling products.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and propose improvement strategies.
Customer Experience & Compliance
Monitor chat response time, ratings, and handle customer inquiries via platform inbox.
Ensure store complies with platform policies and local regulations in Thailand.
