คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3. Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
4. Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, platforms, and social media sourcing
5. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, HR application

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring - Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs - Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns - Build and manage recruitment team performance - Communicate clearly and professionally in English with both internal and external stakeholders - Manage and oversee all processes related to visas, work permits, and immigration for foreign employees - Supervise a team handling visa/work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
