คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
2. 2-3 years experience in Business Analysis, Performance Management
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
4. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar).
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PivotTables, and data automation workflows.
6. Understanding of KPI frameworks and business operations across multiple functions (Sales & Operation especially).
7. Experience in process improvement and cross-department collaboration.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai & English).
