รายละเอียดงาน
-Check in/Check out hotel customes
-Operate/update hotel reservations
-Answer phone calls
-Conduct daily hotel reports and paperwork relating to customers
-Coordinate with staff from other departments

This job requires a love of service and patience. A front officer must become a welcoming host of a mid-sized hotel for our guests who come from various places. One must happily assist and solve problems for our guests within the general policy of our hotel. Finally, one must communicate well and work with coworkers professionally and responsibly.

1. Able to communicate in Thai and English (or Japanese)
2. Able to work a night shift when requested
3. Have a basic computer skill
4. Have a service mind
5. Special consideration for a Japanese language skill
6. Highly responsible and honest
7. Able to work with others well
