• Manage daily operations (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenanace, etc.).
• Monitor staff performance, schedules, and training to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Understand SME (annual sales below 400 MB) client’s needs and identify the opportunities for the bank
• Establish relationships with new SME clients and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing clients
• Design call plan/ customer visit plan
• Create and execute account plans for the clients under one’s portfolio
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of SME business solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
