1. กำกับดูแลให้คำปรึกษางานคัดกรอง ตรวจสอบสิทธิรักษาพยาบาลเมื่อผู้ป่วย Admit โรงพยาบาลในผู้ป่วยทุก case 2. แนะนำการใช้สิทธิ ประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาและให้คำแนะนำด้านสิทธิการรักษาผู้ป่วยเข้านอนโรงพยาบาล 3. ประสานงานกับบริษัทต่างๆ เช่น บริษัทประกันชีวิต, บริษัทประกันภัย, บริษัทคู่สัญญา 4. ติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ผู้รับบริการ
